Three years ago I fell in love with the world of style systems: Kibbe body types, Kitchener essences, colour seasons. I started making TikTok videos and curated a community of women who loved personal style and image-based dressing as well as celebrity culture, TV and film lovers and costume enthusiasts.
Since then I have helped over 2000 women understand their own features and dress better. It has been the thrill of my life sitting down with women across the world and revealing their own beauty to them, to help them find the clothes that make them feel genuinely confident in they own skin. I’ve worked with young women on the brink of their adulthood, mothers who have lost their sense of self, women in their mid-life embracing their sexier side and women in their 60s who want to look as young as they feel on the inside. This experience has shown me how empowering clothing can be; how it can bring women a sense of confidence, reconnect with their inner selves and feel beautiful.
With that said, I had an epiphany a few months ago that being an image consultant isn’t necessarily what I want to do forever. I think it’s an amazing industry which I am so passionate about - and definitely want to remain in, but I see myself more as a creator and entrepreneur than a stylist in my future. I am an enthusiast about personal styling and the image consulting community, and I want to create tools for the stylists and individuals who love it too.
I really wrestled with this over the last few months - I never started out making videos imagining I would become a personal stylist, it just sort of happened! It’s been incredibly fun and the most helpful learning opportunity I could have had - I now can see the subtle differences in two women’s bodies, see how a clothing tuck can dramatically transform an outfit, see the stark change between two shades of cerulean (cue the miranda priestly speech). But what I want to do with this knowledge is move on. I feel in my bones that it’s time for a new stage in the life cycle of this business.
Months of planning, going back and forth on designs, creating mock ups, led me to my latest creation: the Features Analysis Handbook. This guide walks you through the steps that I take with every single client to find your own features. This handbook is based on my Features Analysis, the one-on-one service which I have been offering for the past year which has had the most positive reviews I have ever received! It is letting you behind the curtain, to see it’s nothing mystical, there’s no divine knowledge and it’s not even that complicated. I believe that anyone can type themselves, you just need knowledge and a helping hand and thats what this booklet can do for you. It takes you through your best silhouettes, best aesthetics and best colours.
In addition to the features analysis handbook, there are also detailed booklets for body matrix types, colour seasons and essence blends which are extended and improved versions of information that I would send with my one-on-one services which I was selling for £295 and you can now get at a fraction of that price 😱
