One of the most important elements of developing a signature brand is finding a signature colour. All brands know that the colours they use will come to define them: Facebook settled on their friendly-yet-timeless blue, McDonalds uses yellow and red as an ugly yet attention-grabbing pairing, Amazon has orange, Sprite has neon green, and so on. However, it’s not just product brands which can use colour to create recognisability - pop stars also use colour to cement their brand.
