When I was still at university, I found myself one summer consumed by a world of personal style I discovered which explored body types, colour seasons and essences. I was thrilled by the detail that went into these style systems and was determined to learn everything I could about it.

I quickly started sharing everything I learned on TikTok, and much to my delight, found a community of people who were also curious about these ideas. Unlike today's popular attitude to fashion which goes something like: "wear anything you fancy", these style systems encourage taking extra thought into your outfits, curating a wardrobe which enhances your features, and giving you tools to look and feel amazing.

I set up my style consultancy shortly after, and have since worked with 2500+ women to find their best look. My social media has grown with a combined following of over 1 million followers across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Today, at Body & Style we create digital resources for individuals and stylists to better understand image-based dressing, build their personal style toolkits and dress their best
